We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, supporting a portfolio of complex international projects. In this role, you will take developed architectural concepts and transform them into highly detailed, coordinated, and buildable technical packages, using Revit as a design and problem-solving tool—not simply for documentation.

You will work closely with senior architectural leadership to support technical design development, design reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination. This is a highly technical position suited to someone who is confident working independently and can take ownership of complex architectural details from design development through construction.

We are not looking for a CAD drafter. We are looking for a technically strong architectural professional who can critically assess construction details, resolve complex junctions, identify coordination issues, and develop practical solutions that balance architectural intent with real-world buildability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain accurate, coordinated Revit BIM models through developed design, construction documentation, and site coordination stages.
  • Model complex and bespoke architectural elements, including:
    • Steel and extruded aluminum primary structures
    • Tensile membrane envelopes
    • Insulated composite panel systems
    • Aluminum and glazing systems
    • Timber cladding and joinery finishes
    • Decks, wet areas, and stonework
    • Internal finishes, doors, windows, and thresholds
    • Other bespoke architectural elements
  • Produce GA plans, elevations, sections, and enlarged construction details directly from the model.
  • Develop 3D junctions and interface studies to resolve non-standard construction conditions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Incorporate consultant, supplier, and fabricator information into the coordinated BIM environment.
  • Maintain model organization, naming conventions, drawing standards, and agreed BIM protocols.
  • Support the design team with 3D studies of bespoke details and material interfaces.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 8+ years of architectural technical experience, with meaningful exposure to:
    • Luxury hospitality
    • Safari lodges
    • High-end residential projects
    • Bespoke architecture
  • Demonstrated experience resolving complex architectural junctions on built projects, beyond visualization or concept development.
  • Experience coordinating architectural work with structural and MEP disciplines.
  • Comfortable working with unconventional and bespoke construction systems.
  • Technical Skills

    • Advanced proficiency in Revit, including working within and extending established project models, families, and drawing environments.
    • Strong AutoCAD skills; familiarity with Rhino, Enscape, Twinmotion, Navisworks, or BIM 360 is an advantage.
    • Working knowledge of:
      • Steel and extruded aluminum structural detailing
      • Tensile membrane interfaces
      • Insulated composite panel systems
    • Strong understanding of tolerances, waterproofing, drainage, thermal performance, fixing strategies, and construction sequencing.
    • Strong eye for proportion, material junctions, and architectural finishes.
  • Working Style

    • Detail-oriented: Able to carefully assess complex junctions and understand how individual components work together.
    • Practical: Can distinguish between a detail that looks good on paper and one that can realistically be built.
    • Design-sensitive: Able to preserve architectural intent and finish quality while addressing technical requirements.
    • Proactive: Comfortable identifying coordination issues and proposing solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
    • Independent: Able to take ownership of work packages and deliver them with limited day-to-day supervision.
    • Collaborative: Comfortable working with architects, engineers, consultants, fabricators, and site teams across different time zones and locations.

Benefits

  • Above market salary
  • HMO on Day 1 for principal and two dependents
  • Government-mandated benefits
  • Performance-based Incentives
  • Quarterly Company Events
  • 1,000 PHP De Minimis
  • Equipment and software provided
