Why this role is different The sweet spot between data and marketing: You will sit as the operational bridge between our Head of CRM & Retention, Martech Lead, and the Tech & Data specialists. Your primary playground is configuring, testing, and deploying setups inside Klaviyo. Real global scale: Your segmentation logic and automation triggers affect millions of users in real-time. When you optimize a setup, you see the direct feedback in our commercial metrics immediately. A path to true tech mastery: You will be our internal Klaviyo super-user. You own the day-to-day execution, but you also have a direct hand in shaping how we implement new platform features, AI tools, and integrations moving forward. What you will actually spend your time doing Building solutions in Klaviyo: Turning marketing requirements into reliable setups - configuring automation workflows, dynamic content, and personalization triggers. Platform governance: Making sure customer data flows cleanly between Klaviyo and our other core systems while keeping technical documentation sharp. Optimizing deliverability: Keeping a constant eye on our sender reputation, domain authentication, and smart list hygiene to keep our inbox placement rates high. Capability scaling: Partnering with technical teams to test, iterate, and integrate new AI-powered tools into our CRM stack. Who we imagine you are You are analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated by technical problem-solving. We would love for you to tick these boxes: 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or marketing technology ecosystems (Klaviyo experience is a huge plus). A structural understanding of data architecture, segmentation principles, and email authentication protocols. Exceptional attention to detail - you test things thoroughly before they go live. Fluent in English (our company language) and holds a valid permit to work onsite in Denmark. Bonus points: A foundational grasp of HTML or experience working with tools like Figma or Canva.
