Main tasks and areas of responsibility

• Identifying and developing new application opportunities in the field of hygienic applications for PSG pump products (including the brands ipp, Mouvex and Wilden)
• Increasing market penetration in the hygienic segment by acquiring and supporting new customers, with a focus on end users and OEMs in the hygiene segment
• Responsibility for local revenue growth through the active conversion of leads into profitable deals
• Cooperation with Sales Managers to solve customer-specific challenges and to develop joint growth strategies
• Active analysis and understanding of the customer’s strategy as well as on-site requirements and pain points
• Establishing, maintaining and further developing reliable relationships with customer contacts who are relevant for decision-making
• Identification of sales opportunities for existing and adjacent technologies as well as potential additions to the product portfolio
• Acting as an interface to Product Management, Engineering and other specialist departments to support new products, including business cases, field tests and market launch
• Contributing to the creation and use of customer-specific sales and training materials with clear added value for the customer
• Training and supporting new sales partners during market entry and in the early market development phase
