Verona Branch is looking for an

AREA SALES MANAGER FOR BALKANS REGION

on behalf of a client company specialized in the sale and rental of construction machinery.

The successful candidate will join the team to manage and develop this market. After an initial onboarding and training period, the resource will manage an active client portfolio and be responsible for:

• Developing the market within the assigned area.
• Acquiring new clients and developing a commercial network.
• Managing activities independently in collaboration with Management.
• Preparing commercial offers.
• Visiting current and potential clients.
• Collaborating with the Technical and Sales Departments.

Requirements

• Background in the construction and formwork sector.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales role.
• Excellent command of Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, Albanian, or Romanian, with a good command of English.
• Strong commercial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with great time-management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Salary and classification: Commensurate with actual experience, with a salary range of approximately €35,000 – €38,000

Commissions: To be discussed.

Collective Labor Agreement (CCNEL): H011.
