Area Sales Manager Valves & Flow Control (Southern Spain)

Our client is a leading global developer and supplier of process technologies, automation and industrial services for a wide range of processing industries. Through its Flow Control business, the company provides advanced valve solutions that help customers improve process performance, operational efficiency and reliability.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an:

Area Sales Manager - Valves & Flow Control (Southern Spain)

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales across the southern half of Spain (from Madrid southwards), promoting the company's Flow Control solutions to customers in different process industries.

This is a home-based position, preferably located in Huelva, Cádiz, Seville, Murcia or Puertollano, to ensure close proximity to the main customer base and minimize travel. The majority of customers are located in Andalusia, Extremadura and the Region of Murcia.

Although the role is fully remote, regular travel within the assigned territory will be required, together with periodic visits to the Madrid office and occasional visits to the Barcelona headquarters, where the company's central warehouse and workshop are located.

Some of their main responsabilities are:

• Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory.
• Manage existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Visit end users and OEM customers across different process industries.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Achieve sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
• Recommend the most suitable Flow Control solutions according to customer needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.

We are looking for an Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or similar) with experience in technical sales within industrial environments. Experience in Flow Control, industrial valves or related process equipment will be highly valued.
