As we continue expanding throughout Central Texas, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team while continuing to generate personal sales production. We have offices in each location. Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and hands-on sales training. Lead weekly sales meetings and performance reviews. Establish accountability, structure, and consistent sales processes. Support new Sales Representatives during onboarding. Personal Sales Production Generate personal sales while leading the team. Conduct in-home consultations. Inspect roofing, siding, and window opportunities. Prepare proposals and follow up to maximize close rates. Project Management & Customer Experience Oversee projects from signed agreement through completion. Coordinate scheduling, materials, and installation. Maintain communication with homeowners, crews, and operations. Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction. Business Development Drive self-generated lead generation and canvassing. Build relationships throughout the Austin and San Antonio markets. Increase local brand awareness and referral business. Qualifications Prior residential roofing, remodeling, or exterior home improvement sales experience (Required). Previous sales leadership or team training experience(Required) Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Experience managing sales performance and accountability. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Competitive, self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset. Must be comfortable using ladders and walking residential roofs. Additional Information This is a field-based leadership position. Candidates must reside in or near Austin or San Antonio, Texas. You will be required to travel between the 2 locations. Because M & M Roofing, Windows & Siding is headquartered in Houston, periodic travel to Houston will be required for leadership meetings, sales training, and company events.
