Role Description The Argentina Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on launching and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Argentina. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing local market strategies, managing the franchise’s online language school operations, and coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academics. The partner will oversee client acquisition and relationship management for both public and corporate clients, supervise local staff and teacher engagement, and ensure high-quality delivery of Lingua Learn’s courses and services. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, adapting offerings to local market needs, and maintaining brand standards while driving sustainable growth.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal support teams.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, interpret performance data, and inform local strategy and decision-making.
• Writing skills to produce clear, professional communications, proposals, and localized marketing content for the Argentine market.
• Training experience or the ability to support onboarding and development of local staff and teachers in coordination with Lingua Learn’s academic and HR teams.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, franchise management, or education services, preferably in online or remote environments.
• Proficiency in Spanish and strong English skills; additional language abilities are an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools, including CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and online communication and collaboration software.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, and readiness to operate a remote, contract-based franchise partnership within Argentina.
