Day-to-day activities include overseeing business development, managing local marketing initiatives, and cultivating relationships with individual learners, corporate clients, and institutional partners. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, implement centralized systems such as the provided e-commerce platform and CRM, and ensure high-quality delivery of online language and training services. Responsibilities also include recruiting and managing local staff as needed, aligning operations with Lingua Learn standards, monitoring performance metrics, and adapting strategies based on market feedback and data.
