Job Title: Art Director Location: Aleppo/Remotely Job Type: Full-time Company: Marketing Agency Responsibilities: Designing and developing unique and attractive visual identities for new clients that reflect their vision and values. Working closely with marketing teams to understand client needs and translate them into innovative visual designs. Continuously improving and updating the visual identities of current clients, while presenting new and innovative ideas for renewal. Studying modern trends in design and graphics to ensure that the designs align with market developments. Leading the design team and monitoring the quality of the delivered artwork, providing constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Providing training and technical support to designers to enhance their skills and creativity. Ensuring the correct and effective use of visual identities across all social media platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience working with a marketing agency. Experience in designing visual identities and managing art teams. Excellent skills in using design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Ability to think creatively and in detail, with strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
