Field Officer This role is required to coordinate with local networks, manage ground-level content production and data collection, and ensure field activity timelines. Responsibilities: Coordinate Coordinate with local networks and community contacts to support ground-level content production for the radio and social media platforms. Manage the collection of field-based stories, footage, and testimonies for use in counter-narrative and success-story content. Support logistics for media-related field activities, including youth media production training and City Recovery Ambassador content shoots. Ensure localised broadcast and social media campaigns align with the timelines of wider field activities (e.g., training cohorts, community events, centre openings). Coordinate local partners' field delivery, quality-assure field training sessions, and ensure that partner-led sessions align precisely with the project's milestones and timeline. Maintain accurate records of field-based activity for reporting and MEL purposes. Support community outreach and liaison functions as required, including facilitating access for media production activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in media, communications, or a related field. Experience working in a field coordination or content production support role in Syria or a similar context. Strong local network and community liaison skills across target governorates. Fluent in Arabic; working English desirable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment with tight production timelines.
