Uphold the visual integrity of customer brands, ensuring every asset is consistent, polished, and aligned with brand standards. Stay hands-on with the design and execution of high-impact campaigns, key visuals, and flagship creative assets. Champion AI-powered creative workflows, templates, and scalable design systems that improve speed without compromising creative excellence. Stay ahead of design trends, advertising, culture, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration into every project. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in a creative, advertising, or production agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns for global brands (especially in the US). A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft across campaign design, digital advertising, brand communications, and creative adaptations. Exceptional visual design skills with expertise in typography, composition, color, branding, and digital-first campaign design. Proven ability to interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines, translating them into polished, high-impact visual executions. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Prior experience of work on Rocketium's AI Studio is a plus. Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, creative exploration, and production workflows. A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect creative work without compromising speed. Strong creative judgment with the ability to balance customer expectations, business objectives, and brand consistency. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in presenting ideas, discussing feedback, and working directly with customers and cross-functional teams. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Open to working in the EST shift (12:00 pm to 9:00 pm).
