The Creative & Content Dpt aka The Atelier

You'll be joining our 360° Communication Business Unit, a mix of art directors, copywriters, content creators, social media managers, motion designers and creative directors. Together we work on everything from brand identity and social media communication to influencer marketing, video production, web development, digital marketing and 360° campaigns.

The Mid Art Director

• 3–5 years in a digital or social-first agency
• An artistic background and an eye for what's good (and what's just loud)
• Social-first by instinct: you know a carousel isn't a print ad cut into slices
• Fluent in design platforms with AI workflows and LLMs. You use them to go further, not to cut corners
• Aware. You know what's trending, what's tired, and which meme died this morning
• Strong command of Adobe CC
• Comfortable working in both Greek and English

The Delivs aka what you'll actually do

• Social content that belongs in the feed, instead of interrupting it
• Campaigns, above and below the line
• Pitches. The fun, "what if we…" kind, where the best idea wins
• Working closely with the whole team on content directions, visual concepts and campaign ideas
• Tracking trends, platform updates and competitors before the client forwards them to us
• Art directing content and all kinds of video: reels, short-form, long-form and everything in between

Nice to Have

• Figma, motion and video editing (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut). Not a must, but we will get excited.
