Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated French-speaking Art Director to work on one of Canada’s leading automotive accounts.

The ideal candidate thrives on big ideas and understands how to translate client objectives into creative projects from strategy through execution. With a strong understanding of emerging technologies, this person will be able to develop multi-platform deliverables that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate the level of art direction and evolve the client’s brand • Develop innovative approaches to solve business challenges • Maintain high creative standards for both personal work and the broader team • Contribute to business development initiatives alongside account directors and strategy teams • Collaborate actively throughout the creative process with all team members • Listen, analyze, prioritize, and translate marketing objectives and client needs into strategic brand concepts

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual, with confidence presenting in English • In-depth knowledge of current trends and Quebec cultural references • Strong collaborative mindset • Experience in art direction and/or design, including digital • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint • Good understanding of advertising campaign workflows to guide creatives, manage timelines, and meet client expectations • Ability to manage projects end-to-end with strong leadership, including production across TV, print, and digital

Education & Experience

• University or college degree, or equivalent agency experience • 2-3 years of experience • Automotive industry experience is an asset
