About the Role
As an Art & Motion Designer, you translate social-first ideas into visually striking designs and motion assets. Your work ranges from fast-paced vertical formats to motion-driven storytelling and hero visuals. You collaborate closely with creative and studio teams to shape platform-native content.
Your Responsibilities
Design and animate content for social channels across multiple formats.
Translate concepts into art direction, templates, styles and motion graphics.
Develop animations, transitions, layouts and visual systems.
Work closely with Creative Directors, Content Creators and Editors.
Adapt assets for multiple platforms and markets.
Your Profile
3–5 + years of experience in motion design or digital design.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
High proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.
Automotive experience is a plus.
Fluent in
German and English
.
Detail-oriented, fast, and passionate about social design.
