Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI solutions that enhance Uncut Brands’ capabilities in account management, listing optimization, advertising performance, and brand protection. This full-time remote role involves developing and maintaining machine learning models, including pattern recognition and neural network systems, to improve product ranking, detect anomalies, and optimize ad spend. Day-to-day tasks include data collection and preprocessing, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, and integration of AI services into existing software tools. The engineer will collaborate with product, software development, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and continuously refine models based on performance metrics. The role also includes documenting architectures, ensuring data privacy and security, and monitoring production systems for reliability and accuracy.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and clean, maintainable code practices.
• Demonstrated experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
• Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), with skills in text classification, entity recognition, and language understanding for marketplace-related data.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and programming languages such as Python or similar.
• Experience deploying models to production environments, working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), and using CI/CD practices.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, define meaningful metrics, and present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace data (Amazon experience is a plus) and a strong focus on ethical, inclusive, and privacy-conscious AI development.
