Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an AI / LLM Engineer for an early-stage AI company building intelligent products for real-world enterprise use cases. You will work across LLM applications, backend systems, integrations, and automation workflows, with the ownership to take ideas from prototype to production. The role can be structured as hybrid or fully remote, depending on the candidate's profile and location.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions
• Develop Python-based backend services and infrastructure supporting AI products
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms
• Design and implement agentic workflows, tool-calling mechanisms, and automation pipelines
• Take AI solutions from prototype to reliable, production-ready systems
• Translate business and customer requirements into practical technical solutions
• Contribute across different layers of the product when needed, including full-stack development
• Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to the scalability and reliability of the platform
• Ship quickly, iterate based on real-world feedback, and continuously improve deployed solutions

What We Are Looking For?

• Strong software engineering skills with Python
• Experience with backend development, APIs, integrations, and service architectures
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications, AI agents, Generative AI products, or workflow automation
• Familiarity with areas such as RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows
• Ability to think beyond the model layer and build complete, usable AI products
• Ability to move from experimentation and prototyping to production
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic engineering mindset
• Comfortable working with a high level of ownership and autonomy
• Strong academic background, preferably from a top-tier university

There is no strict seniority requirement for this position. Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior engineers are welcome to apply. We are primarily interested in what you have built, how you approach technical problems, and your engineering capabilities, rather than your current title or years of experience.
