The role

Your job is to make it significantly better, expand what it can do, and build the intelligence layer that scales the network beyond what any manual process can handle.

You will join an existing engineering team and own the AI and ML surface of the product.

What you will own

The system that pairs every booking with the right vehicle and the right chauffeur in real time, at scale, accounting for location, availability, vehicle type, chauffeur rating, and guest preferences. You will improve what exists and build what does not.

Pradini offers fixed, upfront pricing. Keeping that pricing accurate as demand, supply, and market conditions shift is an ongoing engineering problem. You own the models that solve it.

The manual verification process that currently checks vehicles and chauffeurs needs to scale. You will build the tooling that automates, flags, and augments that process without compromising the standard.

Pipelines, event data, feature stores, and the model infrastructure everything else depends on. You will build this to last, not just to ship.

The conversational layer is live. You will improve its ability to handle complex, multi-step bookings, edge cases, and the full range of what a guest might ask in plain language.

What you bring

4+ years in software engineering, with at least two years shipping ML or AI systems to production in a real product environment not research, not demos, production.

Strong Python. Solid general engineering. You write code that other engineers can read, extend, and trust.

Experience with matching systems, dynamic pricing, or risk and fraud tooling is a meaningful advantage. Experience building on top of conversational AI or LLM-based products is also relevant.

You work well in a team and you communicate clearly about what you are building, what you need, and what is not working.
