Description:

We are hiring AI Engineers to build and integrate AI solutions into real business systems. The work covers AI integration, workflow automation, CRM integrations and modern agentic AI development, delivered as production-ready solutions, not demos.

Open to talented engineers worldwide, both individual developers and small development teams.

What you will work on:

AI integration into existing business applications, websites and internal tools

Workflow automation with n8n, Make and Zapier

CRM integrations and automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Pipedrive)

Agentic AI systems and multi-step AI workflows

AI voice agents and conversational AI

RAG and knowledge-base solutions over company data

MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool integrations

Business process automation across email, WhatsApp, Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable and Notion

Data pipelines, APIs and backend services supporting AI features

Core skills:

LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, open-source models (Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek)

Automation platforms: n8n (strong preference), Make, Zapier

Agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Vercel AI SDK

RAG and vector databases: Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector

Prompt engineering: structured outputs, function and tool calling

Programming: Python or Node.js/TypeScript

APIs and integrations: REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth

Databases: PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB, Firebase

In-demand skills (strong plus):

MCP server development

Voice AI: Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, Twilio

AI-assisted development: Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot

LLM evaluation, monitoring and cost optimization (LangSmith, Langfuse)

Computer-use and browser automation agents

Multimodal AI: vision, document processing, OCR

Fine-tuning and open-source model deployment
