Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy AI Trainer who can train students, professionals, and learners on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Tools, and practical AI applications.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging online training sessions, developing practical learning content, guiding learners through AI projects, and keeping the training curriculum updated with emerging AI technologies. Current AI-trainer roles commonly emphasize prompt engineering, evaluation of AI outputs, practical exercises, data quality, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online/remote training sessions on AI and Generative AI.
• Deliver practical training on:
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning fundamentals
• Generative AI
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Prompt Engineering
• ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and similar AI tools
• AI productivity and automation tools
• Design and deliver hands-on assignments, activities, case studies, and projects.
• Develop training materials, presentations, notes, assessments, quizzes and practical exercises.
• Teach learners how to create effective prompts and evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, bias and hallucinations.
• Guide learners in using AI responsibly, ethically and effectively.
• Create real-world AI use cases relevant to students and professionals.
• Track learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate learner understanding.
• Resolve learner queries through online sessions, email or other communication channels.
• Continuously update training content based on new AI tools, technologies and industry trends.
• Maintain proper records of attendance, assignments, assessments and learner progress.
• Collaborate with the academic/training team to improve the curriculum and learning experience.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and AI tools.
• Good understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLMs.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot or similar AI platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good research and content-development skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good command of English.

Technical Skills – Preferred

• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning.
• Knowledge of NLP and LLM concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation and AI-based productivity tools.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, data annotation or model-response evaluation is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Artificial Intelligence
• Data Science
• Machine Learning
• Engineering
• Mathematics/Statistics
• or any relevant discipline.

Candidates from other disciplines with strong practical AI knowledge and training experience may also be considered.

Experience

• Freshers with strong practical AI knowledge may apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, training, teaching, content development or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience as an AI Trainer / Technical Trainer / Faculty / Corporate Trainer will be an advantage.
