This role is responsible for driving communications activity that enhances Colt's visibility, credibility and influence across Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Through strategic media engagement, executive profiling, thought leadership and reputation management, the PR Manager - Asia helps position Colt as a trusted digital infrastructure partner for customers, partners and industry stakeholders. What you'll do The PR Manager - Asia drives PR and communications activity that supports Colt's business priorities, growth ambitions and brand reputation. They are Colt's communications lead for Japan and support activity across Hong Kong and Singapore, making recommendations and decisions that influence Colt's reputation and market presence. They play a key role in shaping how Colt is represented across media, AI-driven platforms and stakeholder channels, delivering high-quality communications that build awareness, trust and influence across Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. The successful candidate will already have strong relationships with business, technology and trade media and will identify opportunities to elevate Colt's profile and thought leadership. They will act as a trusted communications partner to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel, media preparation, messaging support and opportunities to build executive visibility and thought leadership They’ll be responsible for managing a budget to cover earned and paid media activities in Japan, Hong Kong and Asia. Joining a collaborative team spanning Europe and Asia, they will thrive in a flexible, international environment, working remotely while attending Colt's Roppongi, Tokyo office approximately four to six times per month. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
