ASO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ASO Specialist to support the growth of our mobile applications through data-driven optimization in the App Store and Google Play. Work format: Part-time, remote Platforms: iOS / Android Responsibilities • Research, manage, and update ASO keyword semantics for App Store and Google Play • Optimize metadata (title, subtitle, descriptions, keywords) • Support visual ASO: icons, screenshots, A/B testing • Monitor rankings, conversion rates, and competitor activity • Develop and test growth hypotheses • Prepare concise performance reports and insights Requirements • Proven hands-on experience in ASO with real projects • Strong understanding of organic growth and store conversion mechanics • Experience with ASO tools (e.g. Sensor Tower, AppTweak, AppFollow or similar) • Analytical mindset and attention to detail • Ability to justify decisions with data and clear reasoning • High level of autonomy and responsibility Nice to have • Experience working with multiple markets (GEOs) • Understanding of ASO in combination with paid user acquisition • Experience scaling mobile applications
