About the role We are looking for a data-driven and creative Senior ASO Specialist to lead and execute App Store Optimization strategies across Smarter Apps’ portfolio. You will be responsible for improving the visibility, conversion, and organic performance of our apps in the App Store. Working closely with user acquisition, product, creative, and analytics teams, you will align ASO initiatives with broader growth goals, using both performance data and market insights to guide decision-making. Responsibilities Own and drive ASO strategy across our portfolio of mobile apps. Manage and iterate on metadata (titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords) to improve rankings and conversion. Collaborate with creative teams to test and optimize visual assets, including icons, screenshots, and preview videos. Work with product and UA teams to align custom product pages and feature launches with acquisition goals. Plan and implement A/B tests, and provide regular reporting on key metrics proactively adopt automation and AI tools to scale testing, analysis, and reporting workflows. Key Qualifications 2+ years of experience in ASO, preferably with a portfolio of subscription-based or freemium apps. Proven track record of improving organic visibility and conversion in App Store Deep understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and experimentation frameworks. Experience with ASO and analytics platforms (e.g., AppTweak, SensorTower, AppFollow, etc). Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies. Familiarity with working across cross-functional teams, including UA, creative, and product. Hands-on experience with Custom Product Pages and their role in supporting paid user acquisition strategies. Experience with Apple Search Ads is a strong plus, especially in integrating CPP strategies with paid acquisition campaigns. What we offer Competitive salary and bonus structure.
