Opportunity Overview

• The client is open to either:
• Option 1: One individual who can do both
• Lead ASO product strategy and product definition
• Develop detailed requirements, documentation, and implementation activities
• Option 2: Two separate resources
• Commercial Product Director
• Own ASO strategy, product design, market positioning, pricing structures, network strategy, and product definition
• Business Analyst / Benefit Configuration Analyst
• Gather requirements, create documentation, support benefit configuration, and translate business needs into actionable implementation requirements
• Prior TPA or self-funded health plan experience is strongly preferred

Key Areas of Experience

Candidates should have direct experience in one or more of the following:

• Administrative pricing and underwriting support
• PEPM fee structures, implementation fees, and network access fees
• Stop-loss placement, administration, and strategy
• Shared savings models and risk arrangements
• Performance guarantees and service-level commitments
• ASO network design and product development
