BHW is seeking a passionate Intervention Specialist to provide Autism Scholarship Program (ASP) Intervention services for students with autism and other disabilities at our Cincinnati (Sharonville) clinic location. Why You’ll Love Working Here 50% remote & flexible schedules Competitive salary - $45,000 – $65,000 (DOE) Comprehensive health benefits package (medical, vision, dental, etc.) Generous PTO + 7 paid holidays Professional development support & bonuses Requirements Successfully finished RESA prior to employment beginning; hold certification for Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Intense disabilities Demonstrated background in providing educational services to learners needing behavioral intervention Identify and assess students’ unique educational needs Utilize Unique Learning System to plan, adjust, and implement daily lesson plans aligned with students’ IEP goals Collaborate with school districts to ensure annual IEP renewals Draft proposed IEP goals and submit them to districts in a timely manner Attend IEP and AEP meetings, including initial and annual renewals Enter IEP goals and targets into internal systems Create instructional materials for RBTs/IAs to support goal implementation Monitor student progress and adjust goals as necessary Collaborate with students’ BCBA(s) to ensure consistency across educational and behavioral programming Supervise students and RBT/Instructional Assistants (IAs) during daily classroom activities Provide direction, coaching, and modeling to RBTs/IAs on instructional techniques and teaching practices Complete quarterly progress reports through the Ohio Department of Education portal Navigate and utilize OH|ID Portal Expected hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) Locations available: Cincinnati Location - 3801 Sharon Park Ln. Suite 150, Cincinnati, OH, 45241 Schedule: We are open 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday-Friday, providing services within the center. #BTOH
