岗位描述： 我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的 ASR 算法工程师，加入 Zoom 的语音识别团队。您将负责为 Meeting、My Notes、ZVA、ZRA、ZCC等核心产品提供多语言语音识别能力，支持 40+ 语种的 ASR 服务。您将独立承担新增语种的开发与交付，参与 Speech LLM 架构研究与技术迁移，推动 ASR 技术基础设施建设，并在长音频识别、专有名词提升、低资源语种等真实业务场景中形成可落地的技术方案。 岗位职责： •新增语种独立开发： 独立负责新增语种的ASR 开发工作，包括问题分析、数据处理、模型训练、评估优化和交付，形成稳定可发布的结果，支持团队多语种扩展能力。 •ASR 技术基础设施建设： 参与构建可复用的工具、平台、模型、评测体系和开发流程，将单个项目中的能力沉淀为团队级技术资产，提升整体交付效率。 •Speech LLM 架构研究与迁移： 深入解剖 Speech LLM 关键架构（Speech Encoder、LLM、Projector、Tokenizer 等模块），探索其在长音频识别、专有名词提升、低资源语种迁移等 Zoom 业务问题中的应用路径，形成兼顾效果、效率、稳定性与成本的可验证技术方案。 •核心语种维护与优化： 支持当前 ASR 业务需求，持续优化核心语种的识别效果、可读性和用户体验，并快速响应客户反馈和临时需求。 •前沿技术判断与引领： 从大量论文、开源项目和行业信息中筛选对业务有价值的技术方向，提出判断依据、组织实验验证并推动技术结论落地到产品。 任职要求： •硕士及以上学历优先，计算机科学、人工智能、语音识别或相关专业； •深入理解传统及端到端 ASR 技术原理，熟悉 Transformer，Conformer，Zipformer 等主流技术，能够分析其优势、缺陷、适用场景并提出改进思路。 •具备完整的 ASR 项目经验，能够独立完成从问题诊断、数据处理、模型训练、评估到生产落地的全流程工作，并能清晰说明个人技术判断、行动和结果。 •具备工程落地能力，能够处理延迟、稳定性、规模、成本和发布约束，将算法方案落地到实际产品环境。 •具备良好的沟通协作能力,能够主动定义和推进问题,与算法、工程、产品和业务团队协同形成结果。 加分项： •具备 Speech LLM 相关项目经验，熟悉 Speech Encoder、Projector、Tokenizer 等关键模块的设计与取舍。 •有多语言 ASR、低资源语种、长音频识别、专有名词增强、语音数据与评测体系建设的实际经验。 •有 Meeting、实时通信、字幕、翻译、Contact Center、语音助手或其他实时语音场景的业务背景。 •有大规模在线服务或第三方能力替换的项目经验。 •能够从前沿技术信息中建立筛选标准,提出创新方向并组织验证,推动技术引领。 •具备在短期业务交付和中长期技术建设之间合理分配投入的能力,有技术基建或平台建设经验。 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
