About the Role

We are hiring experienced *Assessment Developers / English Teachers* for the GCC of a leading *New Jersey-based EdTech organization*. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about English education, curriculum design, and assessment development for K–12 learners.

Eligibility Criteria

* 4–7 years of relevant experience in *K–12 English Teaching, **Assessment Development, or **Content Development*

* *MA or BA in English Literature, **or*

* *B.Ed./M.Ed. with English as the primary teaching subject*

* Strong knowledge of English grammar, language, literature, and pedagogy

* Experience in creating, reviewing, or validating assessments aligned to K–12 curriculum

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced EdTech environment

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and review high-quality English assessments for K–12 students

* Create curriculum-aligned assessment content and learning resources

* Ensure assessment quality, accuracy, and alignment with educational standards

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learning outcomes

* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of assessment frameworks and content quality
