Mentor – AI for Visual Storytelling & Creative Production

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract / Visiting Faculty

Location: Kolkata (Preferred) | Hybrid / Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a creative professional who is excited about the future of storytelling.

Whether your background is in filmmaking, cinematography, editing, animation, photography, advertising, digital content, or visual design, if you've started integrating AI into your creative process and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, we'd love to hear from you.

As a mentor, you'll guide learners through hands-on projects, demonstrate practical AI workflows, and help them build confidence in creating professional-quality content using modern AI tools.

What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging online and offline training sessions.
• Mentor students through practical, project-based learning.
• Demonstrate AI-assisted creative workflows from idea to final production.
• Guide learners in:
• Story development
• Script writing
• Storyboarding
• Character and concept design
• Image generation
• Video generation
• Voice and music generation
• Editing and post-production
• Review student projects and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and trends.
• Collaborate with our curriculum team to improve course content and learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in filmmaking, media, animation, advertising, digital content, design, or related creative fields.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools in creative projects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative work (AI-assisted work is a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable mentoring learners from diverse backgrounds.

Exceptional portfolios will be considered regardless of years of experience.

Familiarity With Tools
