ASSET MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL

Galway City | Hybrid – 3 days in the office

Hibernian Recruitment is partnering with an established financial services firm to recruit an experienced Asset Manager – Residential.

You’ll manage a portfolio of residential loans, working with borrowers to negotiate sustainable restructuring and settlement solutions, while progressing cases through agreed recovery strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in debt management, restructuring or loan workout

• APA qualification in Housing Loans essential

• Strong negotiation, credit analysis and relationship management skills

• Good knowledge of CCMA, CPC and MCC

• Experience managing primary dwelling home loans an advantage
