  • Review maintenance strategies and recommend improvements to increase availability and reduce downtime.
  • Review contractor reports and ensure actions are completed effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders and service providers.

Asset Management Activities

  • Coordinate with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) providers and monitoring teams to diagnose faults and resolve issues.
  • Conduct site visits to assess operational performance, compliance and safety standards.
  • Maintain asset registers, event logs, operating plans and management systems.
  • Develop spare parts strategies to minimise operational risk.
  • Manage insurance and warranty claims.
  • Carry out performance analysis and site performance calculations.

  • Manage operational expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop long-term site strategies and business plans.
  • Lead site improvement projects and major works programmes.

Health, Safety & Data Protection

  • Support a strong safety culture across all assets and contractors.
  • Comply with all company health, safety and environmental policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security in line with GDPR, company policies and service level agreements.
