The Impact you will have in this role:
Asset Servicing Operations (ASO) provides operational and client service support for DTCC’s Asset Services products and services. The Asset Servicing Client Support team provides centralized support to DTC clients, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and escalations.
The Corporate Actions Senior Analyst researches and responds to client inquiries and escalations, partnering with Operations, Agents, Participants, Relationship Management, and other internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate resolutions. The role provides client support through Salesforce, telephone, and the web portal and tracks inquiries and escalations through resolution.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Research and respond to client inquiries related to Corporate Actions and Asset Services products and services through Salesforce, telephone, and the web portal.
- Execute operational processes in accordance with documented procedures and job aids, including specialized workflows, exception handling, and complex client inquiries.
- Take ownership of assigned workload and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within established procedures, service expectations, metrics, and critical timeframes while effectively managing competing priorities.
- Identify and escalate complex or time-sensitive client issues appropriately and partner with internal stakeholders to support timely resolution.
- Maintain a strong focus on client service by providing timely, accurate, and professional responses throughout the inquiry and resolution process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Operations and Agents, to facilitate issue resolution, process improvements, and risk reduction.
- Apply departmental risk and control requirements to day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Identify opportunities to improve procedures, processes, client experience, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, actively participate in meetings, and demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to continued learning.
- Support knowledge sharing and facilitate training for junior team members as directed by management.
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience within financial services, securities operations, asset servicing, Corporate Actions, or a related field preferred.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
