They have a proven track-record in delivering exceptional Buildings for 2 decades, offering services from Master-planning through to Interior Design.
The Role:
Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking to secure a Professional with a background in Architecture, Building Surveying, or Engineering and someone with experience in disposing of the duties of an Assigned Certifier.
You will be involved in a diverse range of projects predominantly in the Dublin area. You will be tasked with effectively collaborating with Construction Teams, Design Teams, and Local Authorities from the outset of a project in order to ensure compliance in the most efficient manner possible.
Required Background:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Building Surveying required
- Should be Chartered Engineer, Registered Surveyor or MRIAI
- 5+ years’ experience in Irish Building Regulations
- Experience in complex construction projects
- Track-record in Site Inspection
- Ability to communicate effectively is critical to this role
