Join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting financial reporting, reconciliations and treasury operations across a diverse portfolio of businesses. You'll help deliver accurate financial outcomes, maintain strong controls and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day finance activities. What you’ll do Own the day-to-day accounting activities for TLC's Charitable Games business, acting as the key finance contact for stakeholders. Prepare accurate financial reporting, reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring strong controls and integrity of the general ledger. Support treasury operations, including daily payment processing, banking activities and treasury administration. Manage compliance obligations, including the accurate and timely payment of taxes, fees and external audit requirements. Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, documentation, reconciliations and system testing to improve efficiency and automation. What you’ll bring Experience in a similar financial accounting role. Strong financial systems and Excel skills, with experience using large ERP platforms such as Oracle Financials highly regarded. Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and a commitment to accurate reporting, data integrity and compliance. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement, automation and process efficiency. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly and work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
