This is a hybrid role based in Westlake Village, California, and candidates must be able to work on-site as required.
- Collaborate closely with the Care Services Manager Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 1 PM, with the potential for expanded hours as the role grows.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and text, providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming experience.
- Coordinate the new client onboarding process with Care Services Manager, including client-clinician matching, insurance coordination with the billing team, client portal setup, and intake documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and create client profiles in Simple Practice.
- Communicate with clients, clinicians, and internal team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including client transfers, cancellations, reschedules, and clinician transitions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support client care, workflow efficiency, and administrative initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Friendly, personable, and passionate about helping others.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience with SimplePractice, Podium, and Webflow is a plus.
- Experience in insurance verification is a plus.
- Experience in a mental health or healthcare setting preferred.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
