We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity team, part of our risk business at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Affinity team manages a diverse portfolio of existing and new clients, providing expert guidance and insurance solutions tailored to their specific business objectives and risk profiles. This role is ideal for a professional with strong insurance technical skills, proven client management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering seamless service.

We will count on you to:

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships
• Develop and execute tailored insurance solutions aligned with client business objectives and risk profiles
• Prepare new and renewal proposals and quotation slips using Microsoft Office capabilities
• Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters, brokers, and insurance carriers to secure competitive rates and favorable coverage
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely communication regarding policy renewals, changes, and claims

What you need to have:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or related insurance industry roles
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client portfolios in insurance markets
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, policy structures, and underwriting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
