We are seeking an Assistant, IT Operations to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do
This position is responsible for the administrative duties and logistical services that support the Information Technology and Office Operations teams. Working with both departments, the Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Foundation.
● Operational: Under general direction, Assistant supports the activities and operations of the Information Technology and Office Operations groups, including IT administrative support, conference room AV troubleshooting, reception, conference room preparation, phone, mail services, inventory support, and the deployment of desktop and laptop computers for employees
● Administration: Receives and stocks inventory; maintaining an organized shared space.
● Support: Provide technical support contact to all conference rooms, Zoom rooms, and AV equipment (projectors, televisions, controllers, and peripherals) and present during New Hire Orientation
Attributes for Success
● Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
● Minimum of one (1) + year of customer service and general professional office experience preferred.
● Ability to work on a fast-paced team and build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
