Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a part-time, remote position supporting the daily operations of CT Productions’ media and publishing activities. This role involves coordinating project timelines, assisting with content planning for promotional features and FOCUS magazine, and communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of assignments. The Assistant Manager will help organize information and materials for video and print projects, track progress against production schedules, and prepare basic reports or updates for senior management. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to workflow improvements, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation and digital records relevant to ongoing campaigns.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple media and publishing projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams, clients, and partners.
• Basic project coordination skills, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and documentation.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for remote work, such as online collaboration, scheduling, and file-sharing systems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Experience or interest in media, publishing, or marketing environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant education or training in business, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage
• Professionally fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
