Technical/Soft Skills Proficient knowledge and experience of ERP systems Good communications and analytical skills Proficient in MS office and competent at logical reasoning Responsibilities: §Lead daily AP operations & review payment batches §Performance dashboards (DPO, cycle time, AHT, exceptions) §SLA governance & monthly business reviews §Drive automation roadmap and Coupa optimization §Liaise with business teams in identifying discrepancies / exceptions in a timely manner to mitigate risk §Perform quality audits on the work performed by team §Support internal and external audits §Process flows, Documentation and preparation of SOPs Education Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in commerce
