Salary Range: $22.02 To $23.15 Hourly


Unity House of Troy is searching for an Assistant Program Director to join the Supported Housing program team!
This individual will be work alongside the Program Director to ensure satisfactory functioning of the program that aligns directly with rules, regulations, oversight agency policies, and company vision, mission and service philosophy.

This position is eligible for hybrid work

Position may be eligible sign on bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor program services.
Ensure Medicaid billing is compliant with rules and regulations.
Approve chart documentation.
Coordinate and organize daily functioning of the program.
Complete intake/discharge processes.
Assist with reporting /data quality.
Assist with supervision of the program in the absence of the program director.
Attend to caseload assigned to you.
Promote an environment or belonging and inclusion.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of related experience in the mental health field and with multiple populations.
Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field and prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid and clean NYS driver license is required. Reliable vehicle is required.
