* ⁠Saving Maintenance Bill to file and forward to maintenance invoice team
* ⁠Entering New lead
* ⁠Ordering ARE of the property
* ⁠Entering New Management
* ⁠Entering New tenant to console
* ⁠Adding the New Property to Rex and the Property owner Contact details
* ⁠Uploading photos of the property to Rex and create an Advertisement
* ⁠Computing minimum Annual income
* ⁠Send work orders
* ⁠Booking appraisal to Reapit lettings
* ⁠Prepare management Agreements
* ⁠Marking the property off listed
* ⁠Schedule open home in Rex
* ⁠Marking the approved tenant as waiting for payment and save the application form to the file
* ⁠Create a Pet Agreement if applicable
