The role: first response on landlord inquiries, AppFolio administration (work orders, owner statements, move-ins/outs), maintenance coordination, and owner reporting — working directly with our Property Manager.
You have: 1–3+ years with AppFolio (or Buildium/Rent Manager) at a US property management company · excellent English · availability 8am–5pm US Pacific · a track record of staying (18+ month average tenure).
