Cvent is expanding its Sales Enablement team within Marketing. You'll develop and execute enablement strategies and resources that help our global sales teams accelerate deals, improve win rates, and hit bookings goals, sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
In This Role, You Will:
Build and manage sales content
- Create and maintain customer-facing and internal assets, including collateral, playbooks, proposals, business case templates, presentations, email cadences, and competitive resources.
- Translate Product Marketing messaging into practical content for every stage of the buying cycle, adapted for different personas, verticals, segments, and deal stages.
Support launches, campaigns, and commercial programs
- Partner cross-functionally to develop field guidance, talk tracks, launch communications, and enablement newsletters for product launches, promotions, and partner initiatives.
Manage the enablement platform and content operations
- Maintain our sales enablement platform as the trusted destination for sales content, focusing on content governance, discoverability, and adoption.
- Deeply analyze and report on platform metrics to increase adoption and usage, improve content effectiveness, and understand sales impact.
Use AI as a daily enablement advantage
- Use approved AI tools daily to accelerate content generation, personalization, content repurposing, and seller-ready insights; build and document repeatable AI-assisted workflows.
Measure performance and improve
- Track content adoption, usage, platform health, and program performance; connect field feedback and data to actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Here's What You Need:
- 3-5+ years in B2B marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to improve workflows and enhance outputs.
- Strong project management, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to synthesize product and market information into clear, actionable sales guidance.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.

- High-quality, on-brand enablement content delivered on time and adopted by sellers.
- Improved sales enablement platform hygiene, content discoverability, and seller engagement.
- Effective execution of launches, campaigns, and commercial programs with clear impact reporting.
