The Content Lead will own and drive the end-to-end Content Pod across modern content platforms and content supply chains , enabling scalable content management and activation across web, commerce, and marketing ecosystems for EXL Services enterprise clients. This role is accountable for content architecture, platform strategy, delivery frameworks, consulting, and technical advisory, helping enterprise clients expand their digital content footprint and maturity. Key Responsibilities Define enterprise content architecture, structured content models, and taxonomy frameworks for omnichannel delivery. Lead implementation and architecture of CMS platforms including Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Forms), Sitecore, etc and modern delivery models such as Edge Delivery Services. Design content repository, integration, and API-based content delivery architectures. Enable AI-powered content workflows and modular content strategies using platforms such as Adobe GenStudio. Architect integrations across CMS, DAM, commerce platforms, CDP, and marketing systems. Support content-driven commerce experiences and composable digital experience architectures. Contribute to the COE by building accelerators, reusable frameworks, and reference architectures. Support solutioning and pre-sales engagements with architecture guidance and technical strategy. Identify opportunities to expand the content footprint across web, mobile, commerce, learning, and forms while driving cross-sell and upsell of content capabilities, building reusable accelerators and solution blueprints, supporting pre-sales/RFP solutioning, and championing innovation using GenAI, performance marketing, and optimization tools. Lead stakeholder and client engagement by partnering with marketing, digital, IT, and product teams, owning content initiatives, influencing executive decisions, building trusted advisory relationships, and driving adoption of Adobe/other CMS platform capabilities. Technical Skills CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Contentful, Contentstack , AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms) Edge Delivery Services / Headless CMS architectures Adobe GenStudio / AI-powered content workflows Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems Content modeling, taxonomy, metadata frameworks REST / GraphQL APIs and microservices architectures Modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, Vue) Experience integrating CMS with platforms including Commerce, CDP, and marketing platforms Experience 8–12 years in digital experience platforms, CMS, or content ecosystems Proven experience architecting enterprise content platforms and omnichannel content frameworks Experience working in consulting or enterprise transformation programs Preferred Qualifications Certifications (AEM/Sitecore Architect, Developer). Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs. Exposure to GenAI, performance marketing, and optimization tools. Prior experience in pre-sales or solution architecture roles. Experience working in enterprise, retail, Sports and media domains (preferred but not mandatory).
