Key Responsibilities Practice Growth and Commercial Leadership Develop and execute the growth strategy for Finance and Procurement Consulting. Originate and shape large transformation opportunities across existing and new clients. Lead client pursuits, proposals, solution design, commercial structuring, and executive presentations. Build strong relationships with CFOs, CPOs, Controllers, and other senior business leaders. Establish strategic partnerships with technology platforms and ecosystem providers. Consulting and Solution Leadership Advise clients on finance and procurement operating-model transformation, process optimization, shared services, and managed services. Design outcome-led solutions incorporating consulting, operations, data, technology, automation, and AI. Lead assessments, future-state design, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value-realization programs. Develop repeatable offerings, frameworks, accelerators, and go-to-market propositions. Bring relevant market insights, benchmarks, and leading practices into client conversations. Finance Transformation Provide leadership across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Controllership. Support finance operating-model redesign, close optimization, working-capital improvement, and shared-services transformation. Drive adoption of intelligent automation, analytics, GenAI, and agentic solutions across the finance value chain. Procurement Transformation Lead engagements across Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and third-party risk. Design procurement operating models, centers of excellence, and global delivery structures. Support spend optimization, tail-spend management, supplier consolidation, compliance improvement, and procurement digitization. Bring working knowledge of leading platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, and Ivalua. Delivery and Value Realization Provide executive oversight for complex consulting and transformation programs. Ensure engagements deliver measurable improvements in cost, productivity, cycle time, compliance, control, and stakeholder experience. Establish strong program governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting. Maintain accountability for revenue, profitability, quality, client satisfaction, and delivery commitments. People and Capability Development Build and mentor a high-performing team of consulting, solution, and domain professionals. Develop leadership succession, domain specialization, and next-generation consulting capabilities. Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and client-focused culture. Drive capability building in data, automation, AI, and emerging finance and procurement technologies. Required Experience and Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Finance and/or Procurement Consulting, transformation, or advisory services. Significant experience with a leading consulting firm, professional-services organization, global capability center, or business-process transformation provider. Demonstrated success in originating, shaping, and closing complex consulting or transformation engagements. Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes, operating models, controls, technologies, and performance metrics. Experience leading global, cross-functional transformation programs and senior client relationships. Strong commercial orientation, including business-case development, solution pricing, contract negotiations, and portfolio profitability. Exposure to AI, GenAI, analytics, workflow, automation, and enterprise technology-enabled transformation. Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale consulting teams. Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Experience within Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is preferred.
