As a core member of our Real Assets Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Your Role: Collecting data and preparing different types of reports. Ensuring the financial statements, budgets, board material are in accordance with the defined accounting standards, formats and procedures Monitor financial reporting requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Identify risks and opportunities related to financial reporting and recommend improvements Collaborate with external auditors during audit process. Meeting the expectations of clients and adhering to deadlines Supervising staff, reviewing and signing off on work performed by the team Provision of existing processes and looking for efficiencies About You: Excellent command of English; a second language would be useful Accountancy or business administration degree qualification 5 years of accounting, audit or similar experience and matching managerial skills Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Proficiency of MS Office, particularly Excel Experience with financial reporting software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities Ability work independently and meet tight deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and management abilities Salary Ranges 3300 - 4500 EUR GROSS Our Benefits Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
