Lead and manage a team of 20+ technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. Oversee the development and implementation of digital mortgage solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI prompt engineering, to maintain a competitive edge. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards in all technology initiatives. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, delivering projects on time and within scope. Minimum 15 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on retail technology. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a solid foundation in software development and architecture. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React JS, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Experience in leading and managing large, diverse technology teams, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of digital mortgage implementation processes and best practices. Proficiency in AI prompt engineering, with the ability to develop and implement AI-powered solutions. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
