Associate Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of models and complete dossiers for submission to local HTA and public institutions such as IMSS and ISSSTE.

• Conduct epidemiological studies to size the market for new products and assist Marketing in forecasting / Epi-data Tools.

• Lead projects such as mini-costing of diseases and adverse events.

• Assist access strategies to ensure better access to therapies.

• Support the management of the change process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Focus on clearly identifiable elements or functions within larger projects.

• Participate in project planning, resourcing, and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting.

• Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.

• Monitor project performance and recommend schedule changes.

• Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users, and management.

Qualifications

Required

• Data Analysis & Structured Presentation: Solid quantitative mindset with hands-on proficiency in Excel and data manipulation; ability to review epidemiologic and costing figures and present them clearly in structured charts and summary tables to support strategic decision-making.

• Project Organization & Priority Management: Good personal organization and task management skills; capable of tracking multiple deliverable timelines simultaneously and prioritizing day-to-day work in alignment with team and product launch milestones.

• Clear Communication & Cross-Functional Translation: Ability to explain economic, budget, and numerical findings in simple, jargon-free terms, facilitating clear understanding and collaboration with non-specialist partners (e.g., Marketing, Sales, external stakeholders).

• Background & Experience: Degree in Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or related quantitative field; 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (or substantial internship experience) in healthcare analysis, data analytics, or market access support.
