Role Description The Associate role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a mix of on-site activities and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, supporting financial advisory discussions under guidance, and helping prepare basic financial illustrations or proposals. The Associate will assist in organizing program events and workshops, contribute to presentations or outreach materials, and participate in training sessions related to financial products and entrepreneurship. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, collaborating with mentors and team members, and actively learning about personal finance, insurance, and long-term financial planning. This position is designed for individuals who want practical exposure to financial advisory while developing business and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Interest in financial advisory, personal finance, and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to learn and follow ethical standards.
• Basic organizational and time-management abilities to handle part-time responsibilities in a hybrid work setting.
• Comfort with using digital tools (messaging apps, video conferencing, office productivity software) for remote collaboration.
• Currently studying or recently graduated from any field; backgrounds in business, finance, economics, or related areas are an advantage.
• Ability to work in Jakarta, Indonesia, and attend in-person sessions as required.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and open to feedback, with a growth mindset and commitment to professional development.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills are beneficial.
