We’re Hiring: Experience Intern at LeadGeeks Inc.

LeadGeeks is expanding, and we are seeking an analytical, creative, and detail-oriented individual to serve as a key engine driving our Experience Department's performance excellence.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to enhance client relations, execute employer branding strategies, and support operational efficiency to help us achieve our 2026 expansion goals.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Working Model: Fully Remote / Online
• Work Hours: Flexible ~20 Hours/Week
• Target Audience: Active University Students (Marketing, Management, Business Administration, English, or related disciplines preferred)

Core Responsibilities:

• Employer Branding Visibility (Life at LeadGeeks): Assist in executing content strategies, drafting briefs, and driving social media engagement.
• ICP Refinement & CX Frameworks: Support strategic recommendations for customer tiering and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) alignment.
• Client Retention & Growth: Support cost tracking and implementation of our Loyalty and Referral Programs.
• Operational Monitoring & Surveys: Assist in tracking departmental reporting metrics (ESMR) and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
