Role Description The Associate role at Labtop Ltd is a full-time position based in Ham with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. On a day-to-day basis, the Associate supports operational activities such as coordinating tasks, preparing documentation, and assisting with data entry and reporting. The role involves communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on requests, and contributing to the smooth execution of projects and workflows. The Associate may also help with basic analysis, updating systems and records, and supporting process improvements. Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

  • Comfort with using office software and digital tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and collaboration platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to perform basic data review and support process improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

  • Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages used in Belgium is a plus.
