SunSoftOnline LLC is hiring an Associate Agile Developer in Test for the Arizona State Retirement System in Phoenix.

This is a paid 6-month internship built for current college students and recent graduates.

You'll work alongside developers and QA on a production enterprise stack

— Java 17, Spring Boot, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit

— building automated tests and supporting release verification. Mentorship and code reviews included.

Details

• $18.72/hr, W2
  
• 20–40 hours/week, flexible around class schedules
  
• October 19, 2026 – April 20, 2027
  
• Hybrid: first 2–3 days onsite, then roughly once a month; rest remote
  
• Location: 3300 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012
  

Required

• Current college student (undergrad or master's) or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  
• Working knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming — coursework and personal projects count
  
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, including unit testing with JUnit
  

Preferred

SQL, Maven, scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), Selenium, Cucumber, Spring Boot, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Docker. You will be taught what you don't know.
